AceInterview provides AI-powered interview practice and resume analysis tools to help users prepare for job interviews. Our services include:

• Resume Analysis with scored feedback
• Voice-based interview practice with AI scoring
• STAR format answer rewrites and feedback

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• One-time purchases provide access to specified services (Resume Analysis, Interview Practice session)
• Monthly subscriptions ($49/month) provide unlimited access to services
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in US dollars

4. REFUND POLICY

One-time purchases:

• Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if unsatisfied
• After 24 hours, all sales are final
• To request refund, email support@tryaceinterview.com

Monthly subscriptions:

• Can be canceled anytime via your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No charges after cancellation

5. DISCLAIMER

AceInterview is an interview practice tool designed to help users improve their interview skills. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement or interview success
• Any specific outcomes or results
• That our AI feedback is error-free or suitable for all situations

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances beyond our control. The AI-generated feedback is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AceInterview and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, interview answers), but grant us license to process it for providing our services.

8. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tryaceinterview.com/privacy.

9. VOICE RECORDINGS

Voice recordings submitted during interview practice are:

• Processed in real-time by AI
• Not permanently stored after processing
• Used only to provide feedback and scoring
• Not shared with third parties

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceInterview shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You remain liable for all charges incurred
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
