3. VOICE RECORDINGS

When you use our Interview Coach:

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time by AI (OpenAI)
• Recordings are converted to text for analysis
• We do not permanently store voice recordings after processing
• Transcripts may be temporarily stored to provide feedback
• Voice data is not shared with third parties except our AI provider

4. DATA SHARING

We share your information only with:

Service Providers:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• OpenAI (AI processing for interviews and resume analysis)
• Vercel (hosting infrastructure)
• Email service providers (transactional emails)

Legal Requirements:
