Q: How does the Interview Coach work?
A: You answer questions using your voice (just like a real interview), and our AI scores your answers 0-5, tells you what you did well and what to improve, and shows you the STAR-format version you should have said.
Q: Can I practice more than once?
A: Yes! One-time purchases include one session (5 questions). You can purchase additional sessions for $9.99 each, or get unlimited practice with our monthly subscription ($49/month).
Q: What if I'm not satisfied?
A: Email us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Q: How long does Resume Analysis take?
A: 2-3 minutes. Upload your resume and get instant scored feedback with specific improvements.
Q: Do you store my voice recordings?
A: No. Voice recordings are processed in real-time by AI and not permanently stored. We only keep the text transcript and feedback to show you your results.
Q: Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
A: Yes, anytime. No penalties or fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your credit card details.
Q: Can I get a receipt?
A: Yes. Stripe automatically emails you a receipt after each payment. You can also access receipts in your account dashboard.
